Proton stood there and stared at the other for a few moments, falling silent while he did so. Seeing as how he was at a loss for words and in a little state of shock, the Executive had no idea as to what he should do at this point in time. They literally just confessed that they had feelings for each other and he didn’t know what to say. Great.

The look of surprise as he closed his eyes, “Proton…” he mumbled. “I like it too… Maybe more than I really should…” he admitted, kneeling now, to yank the other to his arms. He couldn’t believe after all this time… His feelings had been returned so neatly.
It brought tears to his eyes, but for once… He wasn’t ashamed to show them, so relieved and so… His heart beat so fast, he felt like this single moment could last forever, he honestly wished it would.
